They cant seem to keep a provider for more than 2-3 years. Many canceled or rescheduled appts for my wife and myself. Stuff happens, that's life. This seems to be the normal patient experience for my family at this Duke location. No complaints on Staff, Lab or Docs Just a lot of doc turn over and re-scheduling. :(

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Beling for a few years now and she has been great. Always addresses my concerns and makes it easy to trust her with my health and well being. Also the nurses and staff have all been great. On occasion I have seen the other doctors in the clinic for sick visits, they were all awesome. I have no complaints of this clinic and have received great care here.

You can't ever get anyone on the phone, you stay on hold for 10 minutes to be hung up on, you can't ever get an appointment unless it's two weeks out, they are the absolute worst for Pediatrics, they do not have an after hour call service for kids, they don't like to give referrals because they think they always know what's going on. My child has had ringworm for 3 months now to hear them say it but I've been giving her the medication and it is not getting better likely because it is not ringworm and they will not refer me to a dermatologist. I have never in my life had so much trouble out of a pediatrician I will be taking my services elsewhere. My children deserve better than that.

I just moved to NC back in August and was really worried about finding a good primary care doctor due to horrible experiences I've had in the past. My mother in law recommended I try duke primary care and I am so thankful that I did. Dr Goeres is an absolute angel! She represents everything that a doctor should be and makes you feel like she genuinely cares about what is happening to you. If she can't figure it out she makes sure she gets you to someone who can. She is beyond professional and has the best bed side manner I've seen in a PCP. If I could give 10 stars i would. Highly recommend her as a PCP!

I have been a patient at this practice for five years. And not once in those five years have I been able to see my doctor when I was sick. I only see her when I have a regularly scheduled physical. Nor have I ever been able to see another doctor in this practice when I am sick. I am routinely shuttled off to Duke Urgent Care in Hillsborough. I have written and voiced my concerns to my doctor and to Duke Medical to no avail. So I have a new doctor in a different practice.
