E-Z Pawn is my favorite shop in town. I find the most inventory and get offer the best deals/advise by the staff. The young man behind the counter, Bryan, is polite and always makes time to discuss my options before closing a deal.

Bought a soldering iron for $20 to put some new pickups in my guitar. Maybe the item wasn't fully tested before they bought it, as the gun is shot, and doesn't get hot enough to even melt the solder.

I asked to have a new gold bracelet tested.nI asked if they could scratch it in a certain spot, wouldn't listen took it and put a big flat spot on my round clasp. Horrible and both employee's not wearing a mask.nCompletely unprofessional.nI will never step foot in this business again.
