Matt Elwood: Allstate Insurance

We have been with Matt since we moved back from Eastern Washington 9 years ago. The customer service Matt and his team provides is outstanding and proven time and time with the amount of claims we have had over the years. The ease of the claims process and communication with Matt is impressive. Luckily with accident forgiveness, we haven't seen our rates go up either! We have multiple policies from autos to life ins. and Matt has made sure our family is covered properly with yearly review reminders. We will be staying with Allstate for years to come!! Highly recommend to anyone.

I've been with Matt Elwood and Allstate for a few years and I can't be happier with the quality of service I've received every single time I've needed something. Even the simpliest of questions are answered quickly. The value of coverage I receive for the price is exceptional. I've been with a few different insurers over the years, and Allstate is, by far, the best company I've ever dealt with.

Helen has been amazing. I am going through allstate for an outside mortgage policy and have been having problems with that outside company's payment processing system. Helen has spent HOURS AND HOURS on hold repeatedly with that company and contacting the title company to get it fixed. This isn't her job because the mortgage insurance plan isnt through allstate and the payment issue is between that company and the title company. Regardless, Helen has dedicated herself to fixing this problem for me. She has provided the hands down best customer service I have ever had. She is amazing!

I love Allstate. Darcy is such a nice person and so knowledgeable. The rates are unbeatable and with covid they have been refunding me a portion of my payment every month since the pandemic started. I will definitely be with Allstate for a long time if not forever.
