Hunter answered the phone and was professional and very relatable which was nice! Had all the knowledge even over the phone on what they were gonna do, Katie showed up within an hour and found the issue within minutes! Quickly sprayed and what not and was in and out! Very happy with the service 10/10 would recommend!
After two cancellations by other pest control companies, I called Dungeness Pest Control. I am impressed with the promptness, clarity in explaining, punctuality and the service itself. The quarterly service plan is exactly what I need. I would give five times five stars.
Heath and Jake were knowledgeable and friendly. They were very efficient and addressed all our concerns. They worked hard to make sure our house was treated thoroughly and completely. This is a really good company and am very happy we signed up for their service.
