Staff is friendly and efficient. I had an emergency repair needed on one of my hearing aids. They fit me in their busy schedule and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Count me as a happy customer ud83dude01

Professional staff , hearing aid specialist was polite, listened to my concerns and educated me on ongoing care and maintenance. Glad it worked out and they squeezed me in. New to the area and felt welcomed.

Dr Cliff Olson referred Dr Maddox,After watching him weekly for sometime on iTunes I was convinced I wanted someone who followed his recommendations for helping with hearing loss. I’m very happy with my hearing test and my new hearing aids I received from her. I was beginning to think most audiologist were just a bunch of crooks out for big paydays. I’m proud to recommend Dr Maddox at Wilmington Hearing Specialists. She knows what she is doing!!
