5/5 stars for customer service. 0/5 stars for having to go on a wild goose chase around Wilmington looking for a pharmacy that can order them an IUD. What kind of gynecology office doesn’t have any, and why would they not know of any pharmacies that do???? I’m trying to get a new one before my rights are repealed under the Affordable Care Act and at this rate it’ll be too late. Ridiculous.

I went here for a biospy, and it was an awful experience. I couldn't believe retriving cells could be such a painful process. So much so that I went to a new obgyn, then told them the details of the procedure and was told that is an outdated way to complete a biospy. Also, the decor is so outdated - it doesn't feel clean or modern.

Waited well over an hour without explanation from staff and received a dismissive apology from the doctor. Doctor was pleasant but clearly does not respect other people's time. I hope she used my co-pay to buy a watch.

Dr. Hentz is great. I love the homey feel of the office, and all the Staff. Despite my unavoidable anxiety with Doctors, Dr. Hentz and her staff make me feel as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Hentz for many, many years. She is a wonderful doctor. I have two daughters that I took to her when they reached the age of needing to see a gynecologist. That is the greatest compliment I can pay her. The office is relaxed and comfortable and extremely clean. She is very professional and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend her practice.
