My fiancé and I have had nothing but great customer service here. The staff is nice, and whenever we had a maintenance issue (all small), it was resolved within 48 hours. Overall it was a positive experience.
I recently moved into this complex and am extremely happy with my experience. Every staff member I have been in contact with has been friendly and willing to help in any way to make this feel like home. The application/move in process went smooth and quickly. My apartment was recently upgraded and is very nice. Even the one minor maintenance issue I had was fixed within 24 hours and the staff member was friendly, professional, and worked quickly. I’m enjoying being a part of this community and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and comfortable place to live.
Toilet paper holder and towel bar fell off wall in master bathroom Can’t get TV to work. Apt. 4403. Everything else was fine
The people are great but the apartment is run down with multiple broken things, old scratched up cabinets, cracked floors, and stained carpets. For the price per month it is definitely not worth it.
