Awesome experience. I really appreciate the honesty. There was going to be a significant wait to be seen as they were visually busy. The lady at check in very politely asked me if I could return in a couple of hours. (I was a walk in whom had no appointment) so I agreed. Upon my return, I was called by name greeted and ushered back to be seen. Great staff. I would definitely recommend this facility.

From the first with Nicole, I knew I would have personalized care. From front desk to PA and everyone in between. The experience I had at Med First Richlands Hwy was incredible. Nicole took time to listen to me and address my concerns. Her staff also went beyond my expectations. I now have my family here and would recommend them to anyone looking for top care. The female doctor I have seen there has been fantastic. I highly recommend her. Every front desk worker I’ve encountered has been pleasant and helpful until today. The only reason I left out a star is because the front desk employee I spoke to today was rude and hung up the phone on me. Had I been given the correct information yesterday in the first place I wouldn’t have needed to call today. Whoever this was that answered the call today clearly needs better “bedside manners”

Amy and Holly are very welcoming. Check in was easy and when it can time get our flu shots it was quick and painless. I had labs done as well and the lab tech is so nice and is really good and her job. Painless as well. Thank you.

My first experience. I was a walk in patient with bad cough. Staff very nice. I was lucky they had a cancellation and were able to work me in rather quickly. Happy to say my Covid test was negative however, they did examine me and found I had Bronchitis. Recommended medication and I am on the mend. Thank you for the great care.
