It has one of the nicest range facilities in the area and an spacious clubhouse. The MCWC is an active club with numerous activitys.

Six or seven ranges including an archery and trap range. There are separate 100, 50, 25, and 15 yard ranges, a plate range, and another competition type range. If you're not a shooter, there is a quiet pond where you can fish or relax. They hold monthly potluck meetings, an annual pig pickin, and a Christmas gift exchange. There are organized matches once, twice, or more a month and there are classes given for all ages, skill levels, CCP, women, etc. The club air rifle team is top-notch and continually wins local and state competitions. The range is open when the sun is up, but no shooting centerfire before 1pm on Sundays. Must be a member and members must actively attend meetings and/or activities.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for.... Junk piles scattered around, upkeep and Target stand repairs are sorely lacking. Some of the Administrators are dinosaurs who can't get past 40 year old safety and shooting concepts. These relics need to go the way of the dodo. If you want to plink paper plates, or zero a weapon it's okay, but it's not a place for real war fighters. Shame considering how many live in the area.
