Cox Motor Co is a hidden jewel. This is a family owned business which prides itself on providing honest and quality service.nnOn February 13 (Friday the 13th), my wife's car was hit by a driver who ran a STOP sign. Requiring a tow truck my insurance company called Cox Motor Co. Micky, from Cox, came to tow her vehicle. He was extremely accommodating during this hectic time. He explained to my my wife what to expect in the aftermath of the accident.nnHe then offered to conduct the repairs on her vehicle if she wanted in addition to taking time to explain that she could have her vehicle taken to ANY other vehicle repair shop in town. We chose Cox Motor Co.nnThey were professional in every sense of the word. A trait not often found in this city. Cox kept us informed of the status of the repairs and always inquired as to the status of my wife and son (who was also in the car). After all the repairs were completed they took the time to inform us that they were responsible for repairing any accident-related problems that may arise in the future. Providing us with additional piece-of-mind as we left with our fully repaired vehicle.nnTheir garage looks like a Volkswagen museum. It was nice walking through to see the progression of the Beetle brand.

Mickey Cox one of the original owners of Cox motors rebuilt my 1967 bug in 1990 when I was stationed at Camp Lejeune. He is also an ordained minister and actually officiated my wedding in 1992. This is a great family owned generational business.
