I went on two separate occasions. The first was a wash, cut, and style for myself. She is the first person who has ever been able to get my hair so straight (naturally curly and very thick) without the use of a straightener. The second visit was for my child. Both of our experiences were great! The stylist who worked with my child took the time to ask how they like their hair, explained what would work best, and why. The customer service was top notch!!!
Melissa has phenomenal customer service, she definitely knew how to handle my hair and did exactly of what I requested. I also felt very welcomed by all the staff. My hair type is very unique because of being mixed. She straightened and styled my hair beautifully, was very precise, and went outside of what was expected of her. She will be my go to stylist!
My 14 year old daughter had a bad experience here one day but Melissa and the manager on duty that day (sorry didn't get her name) fixed everything for us and they didn't charge us. Great service.
Brittany cut my hair this morning. Wasn't sure what I wanted just said I would let her cut it like she wanted. She did great. She was very friendly and we talked and laughed the whole time. I'll definitely be going back to her. Thank you Brittany. ✂ufe0f✂ufe0f✂ufe0f
Leah did amazing on my hair! Got a full head of highlights. Didn’t take long, she worked fast and diligently. Got all the dead out of my hair and my hair has never looked better. Will keep coming here for sure
