My experience at this Mazda location was nothing short of fantastic. The minute I walked in, the front staff was warm and welcoming. Leah and Reggie assisted me with a very informative test drive... or two... or three. Tracy went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience and ultimately became part of the Mazda club. Miranda even helped me understand the digital side of the car! Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you!

Needed some help getting my passenger side headlamp fixed. Was concerned at the cost as most are not covered under any extended warranty due to wear and tear, however, Cody was great and got it covered under Mazda!! I brought it to Stevenson Mazda because my whole experience from purchase to service as been great. Tracy is an amazing manager for the dealership, finance department cares about me and what I could afford and service as been great! Amazing staff!!! Saved me a lot of money - Much appreciated. Thanks so much. Would recommend to everyone. Was never looking to buy a Mazda, but sure can say I’m proud to be part of the family now.

I have to praise Reggie Williams - what a great guy! Due to a mobility issue I have difficulty getting in & out of vehicles and have been shopping for a mid-size SUV. Went in to try a CX-5 which unfortunately did not work for me BUT Reggie went above & beyond by checking used car inventory, pulling out other makes & models & allowing me to try there instead of having to go to other dealers to try. Thanks Reggie - you're great! Will definitely suggest SH Mazda to anyone looking for new or used car & pass your name along!

Amazing service! Reggie Williams and the staff were very helpful and great throughout our search for new cars. They worked with our budget and what we wanted in a car. Reggie made the process super easy and understandable and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend the Mazda team for anyone in search of their next vehicle. 5 stars!!

My experience with Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda was great, 5 stars.nAll the staff were warm friendly and helpful, but a very special thanks goes to Jorge Vergarra who was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He not only found the car I described, but patiently tutored me through process the of buying the car and learning how to operate it. I have nothing but praise for Jorge and all the staff at Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda Wilmington and will recommend them to friends and family.
