Fantastic service from Luis Colon!! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient! He worked with me to find a car that was just right for me. Luis knows his vehicles and explains everything in terms that the customer can understand. There is no hard sell here! Luis wants his customers to be happy and get the car and deal which is best for them. To him you are a person, not a number. Luis really cares!
Update for Sept 2020, still a great dealership. Scott and Greg are great.nHendrick Toyota is a Great dealership. I go to the dealership for all of my service for my 2017 Camry, however my recent visit was the NC Safety Inspection. Called, had an appointment within 45 minutes, waited 30 minutes in their comfortable lounge with my great free cup of Starbucks Coffee, and ... they washed my car. Car shopping can be a real hassle- but not at Hendrick Toyota in Wilmington. I had the pleasure of working with Diana Kenny who was just as much kind as she is knowledgeable. Everything was super transparent and smooth. I also appreciated her interest in my own personal life which goes hand in hand with ones car needs. I would come back any day and walk straight to Diana’s desk!
My service advisor Brandon Brown was great! He was very informative and helped me make sure my Tacoma was taken care of quickly. As soon as I pulled in the service drive he immediately came out and greeted me. I would highly recommend asking for him for your future service needs!
