Capital Nissan is great. Johnny Springfield was my sales reps he was outstanding, sweet spirit, and very patient. I enjoyed working with everyone and I appreciate their help. Its was time for closing and they stayed after and assist me. I went for a used car and ended up with a brand new 2020 SUV. The hospitality was amazing all employees kept checking in on me. Mr. Springfield took the time to show and explain the services and other things I need help with. I will rate them more than 100 if I could. Excellent customer service. I loved the fact that Johnny knew his product/cars well cause he could tell me differences each one had as I inquired about them.

I’ve bought a few cars in my lifetime and the experience I had with Franco was the best. We were pleasantly surprised with the rubber floor mats. Also the paperwork was ready and from start to finish probably took 30 minutes. Maybe a unique situation but it was definitely nice. Highly recommend Franco.

This is the best service at any dealership or mechanic shop. Chelsea was very willing to help me. She was very easy to get in touch with and always returned my calls. Chelsea made sure the issues were taking care of immediately and resolved in every aspect. Excellent service!! I highly recommend this dealership!! Ask for Chelsea!

We drove in from out of town and had a run in with some roadkill that caused some underside damage to my car. We called Becky who was super helpful and got us in as soon as we got to town. The whole crew there was super nice and helpful. They fixed up my car and got us on our way expeditiously. Thank you Becky and team for your hospitality!

Franco was nothing but awesome during the sales process.
