Bought a 2009 cadillac cts from here. We've had to bring it to the shop 2 times in the first month of owning this vehicle. The car is using oil at an alarming rate. I have to add 4 qts or more of oil every 2000 miles!!!!!!!! I continue to be told that is normal oil consumption. The back end of the car is covered in oil spray all the time. Flow does not give any help and keeps blowing off the issue !!! Do not buy a car from these people!!!!!!!!!!!! The car is under warranty and these issues fall under the warranty but they just don't want to have to fix it. Very bad experience here

I knew exactly what SUV I wanted and I did all of my shopping online because of the lovely COVID. Out of everyone I sent inquiries to, Ben was on top of his game and provided a quote within minutes. I wasn’t ready when I first contacted them because I was waiting on my insurance since my car was stolen. They kept in touch via email without driving me nuts like the others. The best and easiest car buying experience in my 50 years. I live in Charlotte and they even met me 1/2 way at Enterprise return my rental car. Thank you!
This dealership takes advantage of little old ladies. They sold my grandmother a car that has been broke down since the first day we had it. For the first two weeks we had to call them every day because it would not crank finally they replaced the battery but did not fix the cause of the battery drain. It has been 18months and the brand new battery already needs to be replaced which on a fixed income she cannot afford but apparently there is no warrantee on the battery because they replaced it for free. They replaced it for free because they sold us a car that would not crank. So if you would like to be screwed over and ripped off rippy Cadillac is the place for you
