I recently bought a used x3 through BMW of Wilmington and it was a great experience. I worked with Patrick and everything went smoothly. Very happy with the experience overall.nnI would like to add a follow up. I took my recently purchased x3 in for an oil change, and the technicians noticed an issue with the front tire and replaced it for me, at no cost to me since it was a recent purchase. Way to not only step up and take ownership of the issue but also doing it promptly with no fuss. This is really a great place to not only get your new BMW but also for all its service needs. Keep up the good work.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was welcomed. Chad was extremely helpful and he did not pressure me in the least. At the time of my first visit I was really just testing out a vehicle. Chad understood and was patient.nWhen I was ready to purchase Chad went the distance to get the vehicle that I wanted. He made sure it was service and that I received it the best condition. He was and continues to be great with follow up.

We had an outstanding car buying experience at BMW of Wilmington. The entire process was smooth and easy. Our salesperson Kate was exceptional. She had excellent product knowledge and was totally customer focused. Mike in finance was straight forward and easy to work with. Connor the Genius at BMW Wilmington did a great job simplifying the myriad technical aspects of the vehicle.

I made my first purchase from BMW of Wilmington last weekend and it exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Chandler Deal was always prompt, professional, and ready to assist. He had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go when I arrived and was able to readily provide details about specific features of the car. After my purchase, I met with Yeshua Kaye who went over tech features of the car, which was extremely helpful to see rather than just read through a manual. Car buying really can be an enjoyable experience. I will definitely start here when I am ready for my next purchase.

Recently purchased a car from this dealership. Joey Fuchs was my advisor. He worked for over a month trying to find the perfect car for me. Once he located it, the process to get the car was seamless. He really went the extra mile to be sure I got what I wanted. Overall buying experience was great. Highly recommend. Will buy my next BMW from Joey!
