Best dealership ever! My brother was looking for his dream car and we found it on Car Gurus sitting right there on the lot at Rippy. Todd Rodgers was so knowledgeable and there was no back and forth while waiting for Todd to check with sales manager. He made the deal himself quickly and efficiently. He then explained every detail of the car to my brother. We would definitely go back to Todd and Rippy when shopping for another vehicle.

We bought a Cadillac SRX from Eric Hartley at Rippy and it was an amazing experience. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and very enjoyable with which to work. Rippy Auto World excels at customer service. In 2015 my husband wanted an F250. We looked everywhere for one with low miles, in good shape and a reasonable price. We could not find one where we live. I looked at Rippy Auto World's Website, and fortunately they list the prices right there, so I knew I wanted to go there to look. When I got there I explained that the truck was a surprise for my husband and that I did not want to drive it because of it's size. The Salesmen took me for a test drive he spent time showing me everything the truck did and answered my questions as my husband was very specific about the features the truck had to have. I decided that I wanted the truck but had no idea how to get it to our house, over an hour away and not ruin the surprise. I want everyone to know that they drove that truck to my house for me so that I could surprise my husband. I was so shocked at the level of customer service they gave me. I also want you to know that every year on my husbands birthday, they send him a Happy Birthday E-mail. You just don't find service after the sale like that. I would recommend Rippy Auto World To anyone looking for a New or used vehicle.

This was one of the easiest purchases we have ever made. We knew what we wanted and they were able to deliver. We feel like we got a really good deal and Jake, the salesman, was extremely helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and expedient. We live about an hour away but it was definitely worth the drive to come to this place. If we ever are looking for a car again, we will definitely make the drive to come back here. Thank you Rippy Auto World for making it such a fantastic experience!
