Just had the BEST experience at Flow Acura!!! I was hesitant to buy a car but Gillian made my experience so easy. She didn't pressure me at all and made me feel at ease. She has the most wonderful spirit. The business manager, Dave, was also amazing. He made sure I was approved and it didn't take long at all. Everyone that I met on staff were all very personable. Easy going atmosphere. If I ever have to buy another car it will definitely be here.

Overall experience was excellent! Called in advance to schedule an appointment to look at a van. Salesman Rob Maiers was great to work with and no sales pressure. Great day, bought the van and had a beach day too!

I normally do not write reviews but wanted to tell everyone about my wonderful experience with Flow Acura of Wilmington. From start to finish, it was smooth and simple. Everyone was helpful, understanding and made it all so very easy. I would highly recommend going to Flow Acura. I want to also thank Gillian Novello for being such a bright light in my car buying experience. She made me feel very comfortable from the test drive thru signing the paperwork. Thank you so very much!

My family has shopped at Acura for years and now it is my turn. I went to Flow Acura and it was fun from the start. I didn't know where to park and Gillian helped me and we had a great laugh about it. I let her know that I was waiting for my fiance to join, she did not pressure me while he was not there. We talked and got to know one another, which many sales people will not do. She is super friendly and wants to get to know her clients. We then test drove 3 vehicles and then she helped us to compare them and truly find the best fit for my lifestyle. During this process she became part of my family, she is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are in the best car for you. She will make sure that you know all about the bells and whistles that comes with your new car she will not let you drive off with out feeling comfortable with your ride. The whole team treated me right they worked so hard to make my deal possible and to make me happy customer and now part of the Acura family. You are all awesome.

We had a wonderful experience buying our car at Flow Acura. Our sales representative, Gillian, was knowledgable, positive and fun to work with. She made us feel at ease and did an excellent job following up with us after we purchased the car. She made sure that we felt comfortable with our car before we left the dealership and offered to help with any questions that came up in the future. I would definitely recommend buying a car at Flow Acura with Gillian!
