Just wanted to advise you have a very valuable employee, I had spoken with Brandi your service advisor, whom helped diagnose the issues we were having with the Jeep. I am visiting family and their vehicle were having issues and we couldn't figure out exactly what to look for. She gave us some advice of different things to look for and sure enough they were able to fix the issue in an hour flat. It is hard to find knowledgeable employees that is willing to take the time to help someone. Kudos to Brandi and you'd be crazy if your company were to ever let a valuable employee like her to ever leave. Happy Holidays from one happy family
I came in looking for a truck and the sales person I dealt with was named Ashley. She went above and beyond anything I ever could’ve expected a sales person to do. There was no pressure to buy, she was laid back and treated us like we were family. If I ever have to buy a car again which I’m sure I will she will be the first person I reach out to. I wish every sales person I’ve dealt with in the past could’ve been her because she made it the easiest experience I’ve ever had. Last Thursday my husband, daughter and me stopped by to look at and test drive a Ram Rebel. Ashley helped us. She was very friendly. She asked us what we were comfortable with. Test driving the truck with or without her. We wanted her to come with us. We all wore our masks. My husband test drove the truck. She explained the truck’s features in great detail. Her no pressure approach is just what I like. She spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions. She told us about the rebates and finance options. She gave us her card. We went home. The next day my husband called her. He wanted the truck. He applied online and she came in on her day off to help us. Talk about next level service!!!! I am blown away by her professionalism.
