I had no intention of upgrading my Tiguan but the offer and the respect with which I was treated were first class and made the trade compelling and workable. Everyone was friendly and patient, answered all questions with knowledgeable and intelligent responses. The sales staff, particularly Vito G. made an excellent attempt to get to know me and my needs. The manager Jordan B was businesslike and friendly. No pressure, no typical tag team approach from car dealers. This is a great product sold by great people.
Brittany Marsh was more than helpful in finding the perfect car for me. My car was clean and ready to go. Pricing was great, and with the money I saved I was able to purchase protection plans for my investment. With so many locations anywhere I need service Flow will honor those warranties.
