I am so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge I was blessed with at Jeff Gordon. Ben had me working with Bobby - a new salesman. I only know this because Bobby mentioned having started just the week prior. I would have never guessed. The process was seamless and I left with my new car that evening. We drove an hour and a half to this dealership and it was worth the trip. Kevin was a pleasant salesman. He was not pushy. He was respectful of our time, courteous, honest, helpful, and got us the answers we needed. The manager Of the used car sales, Michael, was great to work with as well. We settled on a price after the first offer and did not have the usual bickering back-and-forth or haggling. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

I bought a car about a year ago from here, was happy with the car and the sale etc.. two days ago we lost my car keys while we were in Charlotte NC. I got the spare key to my car out of my glove box, didn’t work. Replaced the battery still didn’t work.. I called around for prices etc. the quote I got was over $500 and that didn’t include a tow from my mother in laws to a dealership in Charlotte for new keys.. Found out my spare key wasn’t actually the correct key for my car. I was stressed to the MAX. I called Jeff Gordon and was put in contact with Michael. After I explained the situation, he said we will get this figured out. He informed me I had roadside assistance to cover my tow.. gave me all the contact info after I set up the tow and got to the dealership he sent me to and have me his direct line if I were to run into any problems. The company then paid for my keys to be made! so my family could go home! Talk about a blessing! It was just a honest human mistake, and Mike did everything to make it right and I’m so glad that this company and these are the people we got our car from! Thank you again Mike, and we are on our way home as I type ! ❤ufe0f

The experience from start to finish was incredible. Worked with Mrs. Megan and Mrs. Sandy as my advisor. I highly recommend both of them, They were amazing. I look forward to bringing my vehicle here for service moving forward. It was worth the hour drive to get this level of experience. So much better then the local GM dealer. Jeff Gordon has my business for sure.
