I have been a car owner for many years and I must say this dealership runs thenmost professional service area I have ever dealt with. I had a 2 PM appointment forna oil change, inspection and emissions test. As soon as I pulled into the service areanI was greeted by a very friendly and courteous technician who took my name, opened myndoor, asked a few questions and stated car would be ready in less than 2 hours and they would call me to let me know it was ready. Asked if I was going to wait or if I needed a ride home. Office called to let me know my car was ready for pick up - within the timenframe stated. Went back to dealership, greeted again by a lovely young lady who presented by bill took my payment handed me my keys and wished me a great day.nThis was a very professional, courteous group of people. 8-07-20 I only picked 1 star because i could not pick 1/4 of a star.nThe salesman was not informative, forthcoming, nor did he put forth any effort into the sale. *** I sold myself the vehicle!! ***n2 months later I am still sending texts, asking for the front license platenbracket and the registration that they promised to send me.nThe only reason I bought a new vehicle @ Bob King was for a really good trade in price on my old vehicle.nHopefully, i will be finished dealing with them soon!nnUpdate...... 9-27-20 still waiting on front tag bracket and registration. They sent me new tags & registration when I was supposed to transfer my personalized tag. Asked salesman to please have Mgr. call me, yup you guessed it, I'm still waiting on that as well.

Great experience. We were able to get our vehicle in right away. It was finished shortly after we dropped it off. Very well done. Being the General Manager of a car dealership I was impressed with the level of service.

Bob King service employees are always kind and willing to help. Service is top notch. I wouldn't feel safe letting anyone else work on my car. I trusted Aaron Damon when I boughtnmy Encore from him and I will never buy from anyone else. I am a very satisfied customer 2 years later!!
