Horrific, scummy staff and customer service. A technician broke an item in my mother’s vehicle while it was being worked on into ten pieces without saying one word. I recommend taking your business to ANY another dealership, if you’re even considering doing business with this one.nnEDIT : In response to the dealership, it was not a part of the vehicle that they broke, it was a vase inside of the car.

Stay away from these arrogant scam artists. Especially the incompetent service department and the service manager Dale.nI am a mercedes enthusiast and currently own 3 mercedes vehiclesnOn 3 occasions in the last 2 years I have taken vehicles in with problems. All 3 times the problem was misdiagnosed and I was told it would cost thousands to repair, despite a full warranty on the vehicles.nThe most recent a (a week ago) involved a sprinter van.nMy only choice was to travel to Raleigh to Leith mercedes, where unlike Bob King, I was treated with humility and respect..nAll 3 times the problem was minor and easily fixed under warranty. Take my advise and don't be taken by these scamers and take your mercedes to Leith.

When recently relocating to North Carolina, we knew we wanted a Mercedes. Pleasantly surprised to work with Walter Gajewsk in finding us the perfect car. Such a friendly, professional, courteous sales rep.nVery knowledgeable about the outside and inside of every detail of the vehicle. My husband and I highly recommend Bob King following our purchase. Hope you are lucky enough to meet Walter and work with him.

Service center good but my husband and I wanted to look at a new car and absolutely no sign of salesperson. We hung around for 10 minutes and no one greeted us. Very different from our former Mercedes dealership in Arlington va.

Have purchased 4 MB's from Bob King Autohaus. It's because of the service department, Service Manager Del Eaves and his staff of advisers, most recently Stephanie Ellis. All cars break, in fact I've not had good luck with my last purchase in 2017. But Bob King doesn't make the cars, they service them. Del and his staff make me feel important, they remember me, and they do the best job they can. I've purchased many cars and experienced many make's service departments. Bob King's is the best I've ever met.
