The bus drivers are great! But every thing else is horrible. Not very user friendly, way over priced and not enough routes!
I just can say so so about customer service of forden station and transit system of Wilmington. Buses run every hour and are out of services after 8 pm.
Great way to get me around the city since I can't drive
