Friendly service and very helpful

Jonathan, an employee there went out of his way to help me. I was looking for a book for an upcoming class and they didn’t have any in stock. The class was at another location so he called the instructor who had one and had that book couriered to the downtown campus for me. That’s awesome customer service in my opinion.

Some of the staff is nice but there is just one guy that is not helpful. When it comes to getting your books. They are the ones picking them out. And this year they told me I needed certain that I knew I did not need! So now when I go,I make sure to pick my items out by myself and to check off my list.

I didn't know you could rate this place. What, is someone looking for some textbooks for their collection? Are you a student, and don't want to shop here? Too bad, good luck trying to get everything either online or through the internet, though it is possible with online classes. All jokes aside, s'ok. Staff usually ask if I need help. Greeter was nice (or was it security...). It's clean. It's college
