All of the items offered at Encore Desserts are amazing. From the cake truffles and cupcakes to the cheesecakes and layered cakes the flavors are perfect and the aesthetics are breathtaking. You will definitely keep coming back for more. There's never a crumb left in the box whenever I get desserts for my coworkers.

So I ordered a kingdom hearts cake for my husbands 25th birthday and it was breathtaking! The heartless and Soras Key was identical to the actual image(: I’m not a fan of chocolate what’s so ever but the blackout cake was to die for!! My husband and I solely ate the cake in just one night! I’m so happy I found Daniel to make this dream cake. He really has a great talent. THANK YOU Daniel! Definitely will be ordering from him again (:

I contacted encore January 15th for my sons upcoming party in May. Now if you live in this part of N.C. you would know how difficult it is to get not only a proper looking, but also tasting cake. I was so relieved after 3 days of surfing the web to find encoure. Being from NY, I’m use to cakes that are creative and just different, so as soon as i saw encores portfolio they immediately won me over. Seeing how creative this company was with their work i also knew that it would be smart to put my order in way ahead of time to beat the crowd. After getting in touch with The company i received an email from Daniel with pointers and advice on what to expect as far as my cake price possibly rising or decreasing and what would be the smart route to take when ordering the type of cake that i wanted. (So far so good). After our conversation on January 25 via email that stated that i would receive an estimate soon, i never heard back from encoure even after sending them a follow up email. Finally March 15th almost two months later i receive a response only after contacting them for the third time. And again i was promised an estimate, and told that if i did not want their services any longer they would understand because it was their lack of communication that resulted in my long wait. I understood and still requested their business. Almost two weeks later still no estimate or reply. The time wasted i could have found someplace else to give my business to. Now back to the drawing board in finding someone talented enough to bake my sons 4th birthday cake before i deploy.
