The manager delivered a cake on a Valentine’s Day weekend!!! Not only during a pandemic but did so safely and efficiently. I’m not even sure they normally do that. Extraordinary thoughtful and nice.nnThe Customer service was awesome. Not only the staff but the manager went above and beyond. Saving the day! And winning hearts.nnShe said the cake was amazing! Such a positive experience with a connection that could not have been possible without this Random act of kindness.nnIf you believe in Love and good food and a truly magical experience, then look no further. Far from France is for you. Unbelievable kindness, highly recommend.

I'm torn about how I feel about this place. We went for High Afternoon Tea. The food was good. My favorites were the butter croissant, the cheese danish, and the raspberry petit four. The tea was good, even though we didn't get much. But I felt like since we had reservations and had to call in advance to decide what we wanted, things should have been a bit more organized. It was very loud and I would have liked to drink a lot more tea. We were only offered more tea when we were finished. In my opinion, it's not quite worth the price.

Of the 4 cakes we bought 2 were excellent. The Eclair and Red Velvet were mediocre. We were so disappointed that the “Sausage Rolls” were in fact hot dogs wrapped in excellent pastry. Hot dogs!!ud83dude31ud83dude31

Always fantastic here, we go at least once a month. QUALITY over quantity is why this place is so unique. The presentation of the desserts and pastries is always on point ud83cudfaf

I'm intrigued that so many people have left 5 star reviews. My husband and I were excited to try a bakery with french pastries. The shop itself is very pretty and nicely decorated. There were lots of nice looking pastries. We purchased 3, supposedly, homemade pastries and were shocked at the ridiculously high price for each pastry! So I thought, for these prices, they had better taste phenomenal. I was very disappointed. Nothing we ate was that great. I could have bought something that tasted better at my local grocer for much less money! Sorry Far from France, you need to step up your game.
