Panera Bread

Normally I love Panera bread, but the last few experiences I have had with this location have been less than Accommodating. Ordered delivery a week ago and it was dropped off at the wrong house. I understand things happen so I called and just got my money back. This week I ordered delivery and my order some how got sent through twice. I tried calling over 10 times to make them aware of the situation. Finally I got only one of the orders so I was happy they caught the system’s mistake. Unfortunately they charged my account for both orders. Again I call the store 4 more times before I finally get a person on the phone. She assures me that the second charge will be dismissed and that it was a systems malfunction. That was on Thursday morning it’s now Saturday evening and both charges have been taken out of my account. I continue to try to call the store to get a hold of someone and NO ONE will answer the phone. Will no longer be eating here.

Wow, just wow. I have eaten at Panera Bread in another location before, and had a pleasant experience, so my expectations were high. I walked in, and the first thing I noticed were the paintings on the walls. Each one depicted a different exquisite display, each with a theme of bread. Considering that the name of this restaurant is Panera BREAD.

Coffee, bagel with cream cheese to go. Pulled in to a parking place at the mall to enjoy breakfast. Nothing to spread cream cheese on top of my bagel. Glad I could find a spoon in the car! Come on Panera. You can do better!

Used to love this place, customer service is ok and I thought the food was great until I found hair in my food not once but twice!! A very long stringy dark hair strand both times. That is disgusting and I won't be back ever. It makes my stomach turn just thinking about it.

I have to give three stars because my boyfriend and I found a hair in our food but the manager was polite and fixed it. Even offered a complimentary dessert. Please wear hairnets! It’s imperative.
