I liked Dr. O pretty well but all good things must come to an end! I noticed that most of his patients were diagnosed by him as bi-polar, not everyone is bi-polar. I have never been diagnosed with bi-polar until he suggested it. Sometimes he would make fun of my posture and constantly weighed me. The final straw was when he prescribed a medication that had terrible side effects. Everyone noticed (including my general doctor) . He refused to lower the dose or take me off the medication completely. He definitely has a God complex and you better play his way or else! I'm happier without him!

I have not been to Dr. O since 2002 and it was a horrible experience. After him, I did not see anyone for years. I have just recently begun therapy again and the differences in the experiences are night and day. He did not take my side effects seriously, even telling me that the awful excessive yawning I was experiencing was not a side effect of the med I was taking. (lots of research stating it is). He argued with me and belittled me about what I was feeling and struggling with. I have not thought about him in years until last week when I was discussing meds with my doctor and could not remember what all he had me on or the dosages, so that I can avoid those meds. I hope he has improved and is a bit less pompous for his current patients' sake.

I went to this provider for a handful of appointments . I can honestly say from the beginning I felt a little uneasy about it, the building is unmarked, so you don’t even realize you’re walking into a doctors office. You can’t really find the name of this office online easily online either. I always noticed that the office lady was incredibly rude and abrupt. Ignored most of these things because the provider himself seems fine & very thorough. Well today I tried to either move my appointment to a slightly later time or to a completely different day as I had a personal emergency to deal with. They were going to charge me $100 to do so. I called a few hours in advance this was not a last minute thing. I do understand that missed appointments are expensive but I called and she wasn’t willing to work with me at all. Needless to say I feel like if you’re having to charge $100 for cancellations your office probably isn’t doing very well. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place, although the provider is adequate, not worth the drama from the office lady and there poor care practices. Don’t believe me read the other reviews.

I called to schedule an appointment for this place because they did genome testing. I was told there was availability and I could see the doctor by the end of the month. I went on about my medication I was on and so forth. They called me back later today to tell me that the doctor declined me. I guess because I am sick with mental illness, I don't need a doctor. the receptionist is also very condescending and pretentious.

Doctor O is second-to-none. However, his receptionist is the most ungracious, disrespectful and unprofessional I have ever witnessed. Clearly, this 'lady' (term used loosely) needs re-training at the very least. She owes one patient she dealt with today an apology of the highest order.
