Doctor does not know how to write a prescription. Have been trying to get one done ri get for Pharmacy. Will not return calls fromnPharmacy as they requested to them to explain what needs fixed.nBut over a month now trying to get this done.nWill soon be out of Medicine because henWon't follow Pharmacy directions.

Poorly ran office. Little to no communication when they order you to have tests/procedures. Exact quote when I asked “what did you order” was “you can look it up on my chart” my reply, “can you not just tell me?” After big sigh, looked up what was ordered. Procedure ordered to be done in Harnette county,35 min drive. Asked why, when I could have in done in pinehurst 15 min drive. Reply “I don’t know”.nTook my child out of school early to go to their walk in flu shot clinic. (From 2-4 on wed & thurs) arrived at 2p. NO ONE (patients) in the waiting room when we arrived.waited 45 min. Asked how much longer it would be? Reply “I don’t know”. After 20 more minutes they called back another patient, the only other patient waiting on a flu shot who arrived 20 min after me & my child.nHorrible service, no organization, no one knows or cares what’s going on. Changed physicians.would not recommend this office to ANYONE!!!!

My whole family comes here for family care, personal Dr as well as my kids pediatrician. Been my Dr since I was little kid, I am now almost 30, great with my young ones, pokie and friendly, great Dr, without him I wouldn't have discovered the disease that was making it inside for me to be mobile or even use a bathroom it eat on my own, thanks to him I was referred to the correct socialist and had my treatments and surgery and am now in remission and able to walk and talk and have full function of all my muscles again!!!
