It was a delight to work with owner Jannett Vadies to create a custom piece of furniture for my entry way. I had spotted a table i loved last year (created by a local artist) but after my home was built, it was sold. Jannett took the time to work with me to ensure i had a beautiful custom piece that would fit perfectly in my space. And she also had the perfect lamp to go with it. She even came with the artist for the delivery to make sure it was a good fit and I was completely satisfied. Her shop has many lovely handmade leather and wood pieces. I will be a regular.

What an absolute joy the owner is! The most desirable wood pieces are sold here! Cutting boards, chess boards and more. I love this place, and would encourage everyone in the area to stop in. Professionally crafted material, and A+ customer service!

This is my third visit to Barouke. Every time I've stopped in, there's new inventory. Both the wife and husband are very knowledgeable with every item. This a great store to shop in if you're looking for rare interesting things. There's something in there for everyone.
