Very helpful when I called about a replacement tire for my golf cart. They definitely make customer service a priority. Highly recommend.
We have purchased 3 golf carts here and Dan has always been great. We buy used golf carts for personal enjoyment at home and at a campground. Dan is always upfront if they have any issue he knows about, normally his estimated battery life is spot on. Never have we gotten what I would consider a bad deal. I would highly recommend them!!
Clearly, by any measurable standard, Carolina Carriage is a high performing operation!! My rarely used golf cart had a left rear flat tire and was in dire need of an annual service. Despite a heavy workload, the Carolina Carriage team picked up my cart on Friday, did the service on Monday and returned the cart to me the same day. Further, they went out of their way to give me invaluable advice regarding the future care of my cart. They are the very best!! Recommend them highly!! -Gen Decker
Small place, nice, friendly people. Fair prices on batteries.
I was recommended here but will not take my cart to Carriage. “We will not be pinned down to promise your cart will be done in time frame your asking.” I was asking to have it back within SEVEN days I only needed batteries. If you don’t care how long they have your cart maybe they are decent. Called another local place very happy picked cart up same day with promise to return in four days $100 cheaper.
