I highly recommend Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines and especially to my military family. I am the mother of a Fort Bragg soldier and this dealership is amazing. From the moment my son and I walked in until I left with my new Lincoln everything was perfect. Bill was my sales guru and not only did he tell me the specs of my new car but he helped connect my phone, showed me all the important buttons such as how to turn on the lights, windshield wipers and cruise control. Not to mention the entertainment system which can be overwhelming. My car was showroom cleaned and detailed while I was signing my paperwork which Dustin did a magnificent and seamless job. If you want a fast and truly amazing car buying experience go to this Dealership ONLY! We will be back for our next vehicle!!!

This is the 3rd vehicle in as many years that we have purchased from Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines. We keep coming back for a reason. They are the BEST! Despite a large turnover of personnel during COVID, we enjoyed the buying experience with the new team, Jack (Sales) and Mark (Manager). No pressure, just guiding with the facts, and the best prices. This is also the first time we have driven it off the show room floor. We love our 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat. We also loved our 2020 Escape, but got an extremely fair trade in when our needs changed. We also returned to Crossroads because Melissa in the Service Department always takes care of us with speed and courtesy, as if we are family.

I've left positive reviews in the past, but now feel compelled to delete them. Service quality has seriously declined since moving into the fancy new building. Please inform customers about swollen lugs so they're not stranded without being able to change a flat tire. I've tried to stay loyal, but I'm going to Cooper Ford from now on.

My 1991 Mercury Sable needed immediate attention and I worked with Service Advisor, Michael Gregory. Michael did a fantastic job in scheduling the car in especially since I came unannounced and without an appointment. Moreover, Michael was professional, courteous, responsive, and completely transparent throughout the entire process. I'm very satisified and will not hesitate to return in the future. If you're looking for a quality dealership with exceptional people (and competitive rates) then give Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines a try. You won't be disappointed.

I like dealing with people who go out of their way to make you a happy customer. Customer lounge and bathroom's are always clean. Coffee and drinks are free in the lounge. Great service in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs.
