Billy Joe Kelly did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had and made sure to find the vehicle that was right for me. Billy also helped me get insurance that I could afford. Even though this vehicle is 7 years newer than my old one I am paying less for full coverage. Alot less! Would highly recommend!

Satisfied from START to FINISH!! JOSHUA WEADON was phenomenal! Extremely friendly and easy to work with! He listened to me and what I wanted, made me feel comfortable, and completely exceeded my expectations! I really did not expect to leave with a brand new vehicle 2021 BUT I DID! Josh is the main man you have to see when you get to this dealership. After getting me a nice car, he helped me get a very affordable insurance policy that was better than the one I previously had. He’s a great guy!

Drove in from out of town on a weekend to have some car trouble. Service team were more than helpful. Felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Went in to get my daughter a pre owned car. We did all our research prior so we just had to go in and ask to see the car. Bought the car. Went to pick it up the next day and there was condensation in the rear brake light. I asked to speak to a manager. I asked if they would fix it. He said he would for $60.00 Mind you I have not even taken the car off the lot. He wouldn’t do it for free so I said go ahead do it. Found out after that it was prior recall but he said they only fix recalls once... Left the lot. NOT even a week later. First time driving the car again since I took it off the lot. BOTH front tires are low. Had to replace both of them!! Called again and they said sorry cant help you. Moral of the story I thought I was doing the right thing looking for a car in an official Kia store and I might as well just went down the street to a Rock Lot cause the customer service I received was horrible. Never again will I buy a used car from Kia in Southern Pines!!!
