Military beware. Questionable business integrity.nnDuring my last service I was told that I would “prepay” for additional service due to a part which needed to be ordered. The service department stated that I had paid for the future service and next payment only for parts. Except James in service NEVER ordered the required parts.nnI still do not know what I “pre paid” for. The receipt simply stated prepayment. NO parts were ever ordered and my vehicle still has issues.nnApparently there is a military discount but was applied to only one my three last visits.nnExpected much more fidelity from the Cooper family. They have lost my business as I made a prepayment ( for whatever reason ) and no parts were ever ordered after James said they were to be ordered and I called. In actuality, I had to call two months after the fact albeit to discover that the additional parts were never ordered in the first place. Repeat business is not at all important to this dealership.

Best Car Buying experience in a long time. I dealt with Mike Thomas and he was very easy to work with. I did not feel pressured even though I went back and forth to the dealership for three days trying to figure out what I wanted to do. They gave me a very fair amount for my trade and a fair deal on the new vehicle. The process was easy and when I went in to sign all the paperwork, I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great Experience!!

I recently had my Toyota serviced at Cooper Ford and couldn't have had a better experience. The whole staff in the service department were courteous and professional. Ann Bell assisted me with advising what they would be doing for the tune-up. She immediately made me aware of a problem the technician found and that they could bring the car back in a couple days to complete the job. And that is exactly what happened and my car has never run better! Ann Bell was very very pleasant and I would recommend her and Cooper Ford to anyone needing service to their vehicle.

The staff was wonderful! They are so helpful and really did a great job with everything. They made the experience so pleasant. Tim took wonderful care of everything. 10/10 would recommend.
