We bought a used Chevy Tahoe from them last year and have had it serviced regularly a couple times since. I can say with full confidence that Derek is the greatest salesman I've ever dealt with. Zero pressure and zero nonsense. We got a great deal on a great car. The service crew has been awesome as well. VERY honest and up front. They never charged me for things that were unexpected. They informed me of what was going on with my car and my husband already had a good idea of what was going on with the car mechanically. Their assessment lined up completely and they didn't overcharge for what we wanted done either. A rare gem when it comes to dealerships all the way around. I understand that experiences vary depending on the day and the person you're actually dealing with. But across the board, we have had an EXCELLENT experience with both buying and servicing our Chevy here.
John Henderson was great. I contacted him about what truck I wanted, He located it, stayed on top of the entire deal. Made an appointment to come in, Greeted at the door with a warm welcome, went straight in and got everything done very quickly. I inquired about a truck online and had a salesman contact me within a couple hours. The truck I asked about was sold before I could make it down to see it. However, the salesman made sure to search for what I was looking for. Within 24 hours he found the one and able to make a deal. I had such a great time and experience with this dealer I recommended a friend who was in the market. Once we are looking to purchase another SUV for my wife, we will be sure to give Southern Pines our business.
Everyone was friendly and courteous. No pressure but very helpful. Our sales rep, Ted Nation was very informative. He followed up with us and is always there if we have questions. Thanks for making this a pleasurable experience.
