Love Pinehurst Toyota! Over the past 15 years, we're purchased three cars from this great dealership--a Land Cruiser, a Highlander and a Sorento (which are now sold at the Nissan dealership). We received fair deals and were treated fabulously! However, most of my exuberance in writing this review concerns their Service Department. None better anyway!! In particular, Shannon always treats me professionally, responsively and courteously. She's incredible!! And, the price is always reasonable!! For sure, I'll be back to Pinehurst Toyota again and again and again!! --General Decker

I used Pinehurst Toyota’s service center today for factory/warranty scheduled maintenance on my 2020 Camry. I was very impressed by how organized and professional the service staff was. My appointment time was honored, they greeted me by name in a very welcoming and professional manner. I wasn’t 20-35 minutes at work (via the very nice service shuttle driver Don) before they called and said my vehicle was ready! Very impressed. Very happy with this location and their service crew. 5 stars!!

Always take good care of my vehicle. Of course they usually recommend services in addition to what I came for, but I never feel pressured. They explain what’s important and offer suggestions to keep it running great. In and out most of the time with good communication while you are waiting. They try to be flexible with your schedule for getting you finished up as well.

I just traded my Car and bought a new 2020 4Runner. My entire experience was excellent ! Cory was an excellent salesman and he really listened to what I was looking for. His manager Hilary was excellent as well and they both explained me everything very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a New Vehicle. I had my kids with me while buying my car and they were all very nice and welcoming. They also have a play room for the kids so they were able to go play there as well. Great and professional dealership!
