Cannot say enough positives about this dealership. They go out of their way to get me in timely and efficiently. Had a flat, was seen on the same day, they called around to get a temporary tire to last while the ordered one came in, when that didn’t work tried getting me a loaner car!

Awesome dealership and sales. Friendly and quick. No long wait time like other dealerships regarding answers and finalizing your deal. Go see them. You will leave with a smile and a new car. Sales person. Was Phillip Bunn and Finance Mgr Alex were on the ball. Great experience. Go see them.

Edit:Angel Castro was super nice the whole time! Thomas Dies was super nice once Thomas Benison was removed from my case. (Long story short, he just doesn't handle custumer service well, even had another custumer getting testy while i was there). I wish I could give a higher rating with how Dies helped handle my case but I tried to get ahold of a sales manager and got nothing (Even after I got a responce to contact the dealership). Overall not satisfied with this dealership. Thomas dies was the only decent part about this. He's also the ONLY one who even apologized. KIA manufacturer is a joke. They don't value their custumers at all. Took nearly two weeks and they didn't even attempt for a solution. Just told me I had to deal with it and that they would only help if they could do a buy back under warranty or lemon law. They had zero info about the car at this time and didn't even have my name right after talking to me for two weeks!!! My advise, pay attention and be well aware of all the paperwork. Dont buy a kia! Ever.

The service was super efficient! The service guy Sean Garrison made sure I knew all about my cars deficiency’s and was very helpful! I recommend southern pines Nissan for all your cars needs! And when you go be sure to ask for Sean! He’s the best!
