I found a truck online at Cars.com. I live a little ways away from Southern Pines. Art and Harlan were very helpful. Buying cars is not something I do very frequently. Harlan and Art made the process very smooth. They were easy to deal with, easy to negotiate with and I believe gave me a very fair price on a great truck.nnIt will probably be a long time until I buy another vehicle, but I will be sure to contact them when I need another. It was worth the drive from the Raleigh area!

I just got the best deal on a 2015 Nissan Versa. I was helped from the second I walked into their lot, until the second I left. The staff was extremely nice, and fun to talk to so the painstaking process of figuring out paperwork, is not at all painful. All the salesmen are very strait forward, And honest. Even with a budget, they are very understanding, and do not push you out of what you are comfortable with. They even discounted what I got quite a bit to get it in my price range. I left with a beautiful car that runs smoothly that I love. Literally could not have been more satisfied with the costumer service or the product.

We were extremely impressed by our experience today at Cooper Auto Choice. Robert (sales) was so helpful from start to finish. We were driving from 3.5 hours away so details and honesty was very important. We felt very comfortable making the trip and we are so glad we did. The car was exactly as said. The team at Cooper made things so efficient; I’ve never been involved in a car buying process as smooth as this one. Back on the road in no time but with a much more pleasant driving experience on the way back. I would highly recommend reaching out to Robert if you have a car buying need. Very satisfied customers. After looking for weeks for a mustang, one popped up online through Carfax here. My son really liked it. We made an offer over the phone and drove down the next day. they were true to their word on everything about the car. It was the most seamless purchase ever. Everyone there made you feel comfortable. They were up front, no pressure to purchase. Robert was our salesperson, top notch. The GM Harlan is a class act. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to do good business. Thanks again.
