The House of Fish Seafood Restaurant

This place is a gem! I ordered the Seafood Platter. The fried shrimp were especially tasty, the crab cakes were even better than the ones I found in Maryland, and everything was melt-in-your mouth- fresh. I am telling everyone about this place and will definitely return.

Great dinner! Excellent fry on the shrimp and the oysters. Loved the Boom Boom Shrimp. The Cilantro Lime Lobster Shrimp Tacos were packed so full and delicious. Love that the owner/chef greeted so many customers by name. Fun atmosphere.

Woooo. That’s the sound of me trying to get up and walk after eating here! This is real southern fish. My husband and I had the catfish with sides and we were not disappointed. We will be back because this type of fish cooking doesn’t exist anywhere else. We had good service and good food!! Don’t know what the secret ingredient is in the hush puppies and they are not telling but I’m guessing cinnamon...!!!

Excellent food hand made fresh for the customer right then and there. I had grilled catfish, hush puppies, baked beans, and mac & cheese. All was so good, and the fish and mac was my favorite. My friend had a bowl that included tuna, shrimp, potatoes, and more, and she loved hers, too. Our meals were served to us outside, piping hot. Friendly service, upbeat environment, good tunes in the background. Don't miss this great local success story and spot!
