Dairy Queen (Treat)

Trash milkshakes. Super watery. Ordered 2 milkshakes, one was milk, the other was sub par. Kid said the machine must be broken. It was 30 min until close. I'm sure that wasn't only milkshake that day. At least give me forewarning.

We wanted an ice cream cake and there were four flavors to choose from. Asked prices and were told $24.99 for 8 inch, $27.99 for 10 inch. Three flavors were in heart shape and dimensions made them smaller than an 8 inch. We chose the cupid cake since menu stated $12.99, but they tried to charge $27 for it until I asked why they were charging higher. Cashier adjusted price to match menu. However, we did not like the cups cake. It had too many chunks of cake, not enough ice cream, and the frosting lacked flavor.

Great service - even while the employees were working hard and racing to fulfill orders at the busy drive thru window. Employees seem to work very well as a team and are friendly with customers and each other. Ice cream is delicious and toppings are the best in town. Inside of the store is bright and clean (faster service inside the dining room and an relaxing place to enjoy your ice cream).

I really enjoy Dairy Queen whenever I visit my mom in Pinehurst. The best ice cream and service with a smile.

Customer service is horrible. Most of the people working there are not friendly at all and makes me not want to come back. Good ice cream though
