Reminds me of Whole Foods!

I needed to pick up some steak for dinner and I wanted to give a compliment to Mackenzie (which I’m sure I am spelling wrong). He immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out. He was friendly and had several positive recommendations when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. He is exactly the kind of person to be dealing with customers relations and was definitely a professional and helpful representative of your company’s team.

Great selection. Fresh produce, flowers, deli, bakery, and hot bar, salad bar, olive bar variety. Wine section is well versed and stocked. Go check it out have Starbucks and walk around and shop.

Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have ordered online through Harris Teeter Express Lane weekly and in the past three months, they have absolutely screwed up my order on several occasions. They failed to accurately substitute produce items.nnOne preposterous time, we ordered pumpkin spice creamer and they substituted it with pumpkin pie spices. SPICES! When I explained this issue to the manager, I witnessed her jaw literally drop.nnAnd They don’t even substitute my sixth bottle of wine, so I only receive five bottles and have to pay full price for each (if you buy six, you receive a ten % discount on all).nnAnd just yesterday I ordered my weekly grocery list at 10AM with a 4PM pickup. They never informed me of the order’s completion and never called to state any issue. So I went at 6PM and was told they hadn’t even started my order and that it would be at least another hour to fill it. Because I have kids, I couldn’t wait another hour and had to come again today, and today they failed to substitute anything nor did they call and ask if any substitutions were acceptable.nnI’m frankly fed up with the incompetence of management at this store. Sure, they’ve made feeble attempts to explain their staff was reinformed and retrained and every single time, they claim they’ve called me to inform me of issues. Each time (four times now) I’ve spoken with the manger who confirmed that my number was right in their system. My family and I will no longer be shopping at this store and will seek patronage elsewhere.
