I used to come to this location ALL the time especially for Western Union. I came in today 7/27/2020 to get my husbands passport photo printed since he is 6000 miles away I figured I could just upload it like I did 2 months ago. To my surprise the lady working at the photo counter didn't know what I was talking about. She went to ask the manager and the manager said they would have to be here in person for the passport photo to be taken care of. 2 MONTHS AGO I had mine done in person, uploaded my husbands, my brothers and his wifes and had NO ISSUES and they weren't physically present. Another employee said they were able to do that while the 2 claimed you couldn't. You need to catch all your employees up on the same policy instead of everyone giving the wrong information. I used to love this location because of the sweet older lady working but everyone else has just ruined it. I'm going down the street to the other walgreens from this point forward!

The passport photos are not good. The lighting is bad and they are not nice.

I have NEVER been a big fan of Walgreens being a RiteAid refugee! Kyle, one of the pharmacists at this location, has gone above and beyond now several times helping me get my prescriptions at the best copay rate. He is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with my COMMUNIST INSURANCE COMPANY! His actions have changed my perception about Walgreens and their quest to be the only pharmacy in America!

Alex the store manager was awesome! I needed 14 of a toy for a birthday party, and not only did she pull them off the shelf for me to hold, she price matched from online. I had previously gone to another Walgreens and the manager there would not help me.He missed out on my $100 purchase.

It's very inconvenient when you go to pick up a prescription and they're temporarily closed, and won't say why they closed or when they are reopening!
