IF they are still in business, go to your local veterinarian's office. You will get much better treatment from an animal doctor that you ever would from this office. I could not get a call back or any information. A rating of one star is 200% too much for them according to the care and treatment that I received.

Would NOT recommend Lincolnton location to my worst enemy! TERRIBLE staff, VERY unprofessional & RUDE! Accounting/Insurance department is a complete JOKE! Instead of verifying insurance like should have been done they assumed I couldn't use my insurances due to a new marriage & chose to charge me for my visits when nothing should have been charged. Highly recommend the doctors to find new staff & highly recommend that if you are looking for somewhere to go, you look farther than here!
