We came in from out of town to purchase a truck.nOur salesman was Matt Stephens.nWe did all of our business and negotiating over the phone. When we got there they had to assess the trade we had and validate what we told them about the truck (which was nothing wrong, we just wanted to have something to tow our fifth wheel), do paperwork, and move over our belongings. Matt even came in on his off day to assure everything went smoothly and we got to test drive the truck.nWe had other good options all along the east coast for a truck but what made us choose Carolina Auto Direct, aside from a good deal, was that Matt was genuine, honest, and hardworking. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire week and he understood our timeframe and didn’t pull the waiting til last minute sales trick. Times have changed for buyers. Buyers no longer go off of what they’re told by the salesman. They know a vehicle can be purchased anywhere and all the information is available online.nMatt was aware of that and didn’t try pull any wool over our eyes. Questions we had, got answered. If he didn’t know the answer, he researched it for us.nThis was the smoothest vehicle transactions I’ve ever encountered!

Great place for all your automotive needs i seen they had a nice 4 runner for sale online at the time I was out of town I requested some info on it Matt responded very quickly and answered all my question he assured me that it was a nice vehicle and was as clean in person as it was in the photos with no hidden surprises. So Matt had everything ready to go for me when I got back into to town I purchased my 4 runner and I’m very pleased with my experience will be back to do business in the future
