I have been a patient for about three years now. The staff has always been wonderfully polite, respectful and very caring. Dr. Ali was extremely thorough, caring and understanding of my condition and listened to me as a person not just a patient. He always takes time to answer all my questions. It's a pleasure to be cared for by such a wonderful group of people. I even brought my mother in!

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When I walked into the clinic, I am not greeted whatsoever. The females at the front desk sit and finish their entire conversation before looking at me and wait for me to greet them. The level of professionalism is catastrophic. I answer a call from the Ali lung clinic to “hey girl” from the receptionist. It doesn’t stop there. I had to call 7 times to get a prescription through and had to reschedule my appointment due to these people not doing their job.nThe facility is ugly with nasty forest green carpet.
