I worked with Al, he was extremely flexible and accommodating. These guys are real professionals. I truly feel it was a win/win scenario after all that’s been said and done. I have had such bad experiences buying vehicles in the past but this wasn’t one of them! I highly recommend them, don’t give it a second thought!
The 3 1/2 hour drive up to Smithfield from Charlotte was well worth it for this truck! The finance manager, Al, was very knowledgeable about the truck inside and out. All of the staff were welcoming,nand answered all of our questions. This was one of the most transparent purchases I have ever made on a used vehicle at a dealership. I highly recommend Landmark Auto for anyone who is serious about buying a used, full-size truck. You can’t go wrong with this place.
We arrived and were greeted immediately. Fabio was very helpful with showing us whatever vehicle we were interested in looking at and driving. AL in the finance office was very honest and up-front. We liked that he wasn't trying to force us into anything we didn't want. Unlike larger dealerships.nLandmark also worked with us on a trade and we able to come to a deal.nExcellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Husband and I stopped in to check trade in value on our truck unfortunately they had just sold the truck that we were looking to trade in for but we had the pleasure of meeting Al! He really took time to talk with us, was extremely personable, friendly and knew his stuff!! Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a diesel.
