I only give this place 5 stars because I can’t give more!!!! I drove by this place for about a month saying I was going to get my car from here. Just by driving by the cars look like they’re in great quality, and the whole atmosphere is very clean and neat! So finally I went in and it’s Brian to see my options. I went in unsure if I was going to leave with something as my credit score wasn’t too great. But Brian walked me through step by step and helped me and made me feel as if it’s okay to be in some situations sometimes, you can still get help! I explained my situation, told him what price range I wanted to stay in with buying and monthly payments and he was able to help me with my recommendations. He was so friendly, so informative, and just sooo very helpful! I came in stressed and unsure and I left fulfilled and excited! This places exceeded all my expectations! It is a wonderful place to make your car purchases. I 10/10 recommend!!!! YOU NEED TO GO SEE BRIAN!
After a communication mixup with one of the employees that answed my call,I had previously left a subpar review. Within 24 hours I received a call from one of the owners.He apologized and explained how the mixup occurred.He was very professional about the situation and offered to do what he could to remedy things.As a small business owner myself gestures like this mean everything.
