Panera Bread

Earlier tonight I went to Panera around 8:30 ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich, the coffee was super cold and when I asked if they could bring us a warmer coffee they took there precious time, specifically a Hispanic women, don’t know her name. And they never brought our coffee back so we ended up leaving ...... horrible customer service

I will respectfully say the food is delicious. The service sometimes is the problem. During these critical times of COVID-19 I should not receive bread with my meal, as though dropped in the with “No” wrapping. Please do better!

Best Panera dining experience ever! Every employee was extremely helpful and kind, and took the time to talk to us and play with our daughters. They went the extra mile by giving us some snacks to take on the road with us! Hope to be back this way again on the future!

Dinner with mom while in way in town. It was a rainy day and only 1 other person was in the dining area.nnI got my standard turkey chili and bbq salad with chicken. Our food was ready quickly and my chili was hot and delicious.nnWe opt to splurge and get a cookie and it all hit the spot. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. The dining area was quiet which was perfect for catching up with my mom!
