Best dr I have ever been and staff
John Smith9867 (07/28/2020)
Staff and facilities are very professional, first impression was great, until I had a follow up, had to wait approximately two weeks to get a quickened gloss over my questions. Eye balled at best the contusion on my side of which a member of this facility told me was a bone jutting out, I asked this as a test question to see how much he was really treating the follow up seriously; I’ve had mri’s and xrays, and two physicians tell me it was not a bone which would had been easily hypothesized by an even minimal amount of motivation by a trained medical professional.nI also expressed a concern over the patterns of freckles that had formed after prolonged exposure to the the sun that had occurred when I was younger, blistered and heavily sunburnt had healed into a heavy array of formed freckles which I was concerned would develop into something unwanted such as skin cancer considering the questionable moles that had formed on my backside right near it. Which again was eyeballed in a similar fashion to be rushed and glossed over.nSince I’m hanging all the laundry in full view, might as well mention the first red flag, which had occurred within my first exam, I had expressed concern over Erectile dysfunction, (ED) and had appropriately and respectfully told the nursing staff and with which they handled in an outstanding respectful nature. Imagine my surprise when the member of the facility who I expressed my concern with for medical treatment, talked and communicated with me at a decibel level enough to surely pass through the walls to the mostly female staff, the exacting words of my disclosed private situation. In no way am I mixing emotions, the one and only thing that crawled into my mind was “I hope he/she isn’t doing this to others” as that isn’t a behavior or instinct desirable to any patient.nI served in the Infantry, dealt with the headache of the military medical field that owns its reputation as a clinking maniacal bureaucratic mess where people’s sons are written off and treated like cattle but never complained because it is what’s expected. I have a son being born into the world in January, carved out my civilian life and made something of myself, jumped head first into wanting to better myself to be around for a long time and to take my health seriously.nI called my sister, a Registered Nurse, who deals with amputations, burn victims, Covid bodies, and everything up and down a nightmare of afflictions at one of the most prestigious medical facilities on the east coast, someone who excels and sets the bar in my life and told her my reflections and experience, and she said “you gotta shop around for good Doctors, it took me months to find mine - that motivated me to speak on my experience and to send it out there for everyone else, I don’t write reviews or speak negative on hard working people and can separate emotions enough not to take anything personally. But it is what it is, as my mother would say “To whom much is given, much is expected”nn(All opinions are subjective and so is mine, everything was said to the best of my ability and to the best of my memory, the staff is professional and nothing is meant in a derogatory fashion)

Excellent staff, wait time is no problem at all, and most of all Dr. K seems very passionate about your health. I've lived in clayton 5 years and haven't really got a good vibe from any doctors I've had, so this was a great change. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to Dr. K's for almost thirteen years. He and his entire staff have provided me with personalized and exemplary care. His office manager, Kim, has always treated me with care and concern. His main nurse, Bea, truly cares about her patients and is sweet as can be. I wouldn't trust any other doctor with my health care. They are the best!
